A slight prick is often felt when the thin needle is inserted. Sometimes this is followed by a tingling or dull sensation or no sensation at all. The overall experience is comfortable and gentle.
 
IS ACUPUNCTURE SAFE?
Yes. State licensed practitioners are well trained and use disposable hygienic one time needles.

Yes, I prescribe herbs where indicated and order from reputable pharmacies.
